I’m passionate about tackling learning challenges with a critical eye, a strategic plan of action, a people-first mindset, and big-time curiosity.

Hello! I'm Danielle Levsky, an insights-driven learning strategist experienced in leading multifaceted upskilling initiatives for organizations navigating complex change. My career has hinged on a calling to progress people’s life experiences by making professional growth accessible, equitable, and meaningful for all.

After earning my BA in English Writing and French Language/Literature from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014, I ventured into journalism and marketing. Though I enjoyed connecting with people in these fields, I knew I wanted to incorporate education into my work. From being an English teaching assistant in a French art and design school to becoming an instructional designer, I shifted my focus to creating online educational content that caters to diverse audiences.

Since 2016, I have been actively involved in Learning & Development, combining e-learning software with in-person facilitation to deliver training for various sectors, including customer service, sales, corporate leadership, K-12 education, legal, medical, and auto insurance. Ensuring accessibility and effectiveness in online learning has always been my top priority.

As a program and project manager, I act as the voice of reason and the client advocate. Understanding customers' needs and content constraints, I hold internal teams accountable to deliver satisfactory results and realistic product buildout.

Most recently at Comcast, I spearheaded training enabling thousands of sales professionals to adopt sophisticated data-driven order management vital for competing amidst industry volatility. After partnering with subject matter experts to capture intricate workflows, I not only produced 100+ page systems reference guiding users step-by-step, but also crafted surrounding microlearning and virtual instructor-led workshops to accelerate adoption.

As an educator of many forms, my own educational journey has been very important to me.

From Fall 2019-Spring 2020, I studied Digital Humanities through Loyola University’s graduate program. Engaging with both humanities and computational studies aligned with how I perceive learning and experiencing the world. Learning about making and using technology to create structures of knowledge has already been a welcome addition to my work as an educational technology professional. Studying the higher theory behind technology shaping these journeys allowed me to better understand my and others’ processes for creating information systems. Understanding and practicing the theory in user experience research, web design, and visual design fundamentals further allowed me to be a better practitioner and advocate of lifelong learning. I plan to continue my graduate studies in my new home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

From Fall 2021-Spring 2022, I completed a 200-hour teacher training certification in Vinyasa Flow Yoga through The Yoga Lab in Chicago, Illinois. This course was taught hybrid, so I could incorporate and utilize my skill set and understanding of remote learning to facilitate my studies of yogic theory, philosophy, posture, practice, and classroom management.

Outside of my career and education, I spend my free time volunteering as an Executive Board Member for the Alliance for Jewish Theatre, writing, performing, traveling, camping, and hiking.
